Suggested dose:
The daily dose has not been established in formal clinical trials. Our recommendation is to take two softgels two times a day, 30 minutes before meals.

My only complaint is that my hair is growing so fast now, I have to schedule my haircuts more often! My hairdresser can't believe how fast my hair is growing on this product! It also really helps reduce my body's inflammation, I love it.
