ZINC CHELATE is produced through a special process that completely bonds zinc to the amino acid glycine to form zinc glycinate, a well-absorbed form of this essential mineral. The absorption and bioavailability of zinc chelate is much higher as compared to that of inorganic zinc sulfate. Each capsule of zinc chelate contains 20 mg of elemental zinc.

Suggested dose:
The daily dose has not been established in formal clinical trials. Our recommendation is to take one capsule a day with a meal.
