IRON CHELATE is produced through a special process that completely bonds iron to the amino acid glycine to form ferrous bis-glycinate, a well-absorbed form of this essential mineral. The absorption and bioavailability of iron chelate is much higher as compared to that of the commonly used iron preparation, ferrous sulfate. Each capsule of iron chelate contains 30 mg of elemental iron.

Suggested dose:
The daily dose has not been established in formal clinical trials. Our recommendation is to take one capsule a day with a meal.
