GLUTEN BREAKING ENZYMES is a mixture of plant-derived, high-potency enzymes capable of degrading gluten, casein and soy proteins and preserving these enzymatic activities across a broad pH range, from very acidic (2.0) to very alkaline (12.0). The enzymes can efficiently degrade correspondent food contaminations but cannot completely digest meals containing large amounts of the aforementioned proteins — for example, a sandwich or glass of milk.

Suggested dose:
The daily dose has not been established in formal clinical trials. Our recommendation is to take two capsules at the beginning of each meal. Children should cut that dose in half.
