STIFFNESS FORMULA is a highly concentrated extract from the fruits (or hips) of the rose plant — typically, Rosa canina. Rose hip extract promotes antioxidant activity as well as healthy immune and inflammatory responses in the joints.

Suggested dose:
The daily dose has not been established in formal clinical trials. Our recommendation is to take one capsule two times a day, 1 or 2 hours after meals.

Great in the Morning January 8, 2010

This product really helps get me going in the morning, it loosens up my stiff joints.  And unlike, say, ibuprofen, it doesn't cause nasty side-effects such as liver enzyme issues.  I'm happy 'cause I can take it forever if need be, it improves my quality of life.
