good formulation, no stomach upset |

After researching strontium as an alternative to bis-phosphonates and finding the recommended doses were in the range of 2 g per d, I was very pleased to find this strontium citrate formulation. Most sources I found had formulations that were 150 to 300 mg or less per pill or capsule. the thought of taking 6 to 10 or more capsules a day was not making me happy, especially given the need to take 2 hrs after a meal or calcium supplement or 1 hour before. I can only hold so many things in my head at one time!
Also, the diarrhea and stomach upset reported in the clinical trials were suspected to be related to the ranelic acid formulation (designed by Pharma so they could patent the product). And indeed, the citrate formulation sold here has produced none of those stomach upset effects.
Service was fast and efficient, and I will definitely continue with this product. Too soon to see an impact on bone density, and fracture healing, but I am very hopeful.

I have been on this product for three months and, after following the complete regimen that was clearly spelled out in the blog article (www.restorativeremedies.com/blog), I have had great success.
I would recommend this product to anyone concerned about bone loss.

Helping Me Fight Osteoarthritis |

My doctor told me that I needed to get on a bone density product now that I'm post-menopausal, but I was uncomfortable trying something with no long-term track record for side-effects. With this product, I not only expect to get better results, but I don't have to worry about what harm it could do me years from now...relief!!
