TENSION AID is a combination of a feverfew extract with riboflavin (vitamin B2). Feverfew is a traditional medicinal herb which has been used for reducing fever, for treating headaches, arthritis and digestive problems. It is hypothesized that by inhibiting the release of serotonin and prostaglandins, feverfew limits the inflammation of blood vessels in the head and neck. Clinical studies have shown that feverfew has a strong synergistic effect with riboflavin. In general, the remedy has a delayed onset of activity: it might take four to six weeks before its maximal effect becomes noticeable.

Suggested dose:
The daily dose has not been established in formal clinical trials. Our recommendation is to take one capsule twice a day with food.
