OMEGA-3 EPA/DHA is a combination of eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) fatty acids from cold water marine fish. OMEGA-3 EPA/DHA influences physiological processes that regulate inflammation, lipoprotein metabolism, mood and brain function. OMEGA-3 EPA/DHA is molecularly distilled to ensure removal of heavy metals (mercury, lead, etc.), pesticides, and other contaminants. Each softgel supplies a guaranteed minimum amount of 270 mg EPA and 190 mg DHA.

Suggested dose: The daily dose has not been established in formal clinical trials. Our recommendation is to take one softgel up to six times a day.

It has taken a long time to find an omega-3 product of such high quality and concentration. I am also thankful that all of the Restorative Remedies products are clearly labeled as gluten free! They are also a tremendous value - for a very reasonable price you get a high concentration of EPA/DHA, free of contaminants and allergens - I highly recommend this product and the entire Restorative Remedies line.
